High speed high voltage amplifier for electrostatic lens of electron
beam or ion beam. Recently, the application is expanding to the
system controlling Piezoelectric element, Organic electroluminescence
system, or MEMS.
HDS series: ｱ600V bipolar high speed high voltage amplifier.
HDS600 series is bipolar amplifier to diffract electron beam. The
amplifier can be added to maximum 8 units.
HDS series amplifier can output sine wave, triangle wave and saw
tooth wave as receiving ｱ10V signal at input. The customerﾕs special
specifications are acceptable also OEM requirements are acceptable.
